Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located at Panchkula. The Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling services to patients seeking eye care solutions, offering emotional support, guidance, and assistance in decision-making processes related to their eye care treatments. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy, patience, and active listening skills Ability to provide emotional support and guidance Experience in healthcare counseling or related field Knowledge of eye care treatments and procedures Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field Certification in Counseling is a plus
