Role & responsibilities

Task

Activities related to Tariff (Foreign Trade)

Purchasing document creation and updation,

Working as Intercompany buyer.

Support purchasing tasks - RFQ Management / preparing supplier decision sheets.

Tool database management.

Purchase contract management.

Resolving invoice verification workflows.

Global purchasing reports.

Purchasing miscellaneous support tasks.

Process

compliance Timely delivery of tasks per set guidelines.

Doing quality check for self and colleagues.

Notifying internal, external defects and working per corrective actions.

Maintaining task documentation as per guideline.

Daily timesheet recording.

Tools/Systems

Exposure to SAP MM / S4 HANA and various purchasing tools and applications.

MS 365 office applications (Excel, powerpoint..)

Soft Skill

Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal English.

Intercultural Awareness for USA & Germany.

IATF 16949 Awareness.

Misc / Others Participate in team and department meetings.
