Position -Project Manager - PMC (Male)

Salary - Rs.30,000 to Rs.40,000 per month

Qualification - Diploma/B Tech/M Tech (Civil)

Experience - Minimum of 3-4+ years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Age - 25-36 years

Roles & Responsibilities -

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PMC division.
• Develop and implement project management strategies and methodologies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project demands.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMC division.
• Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Oversee the development and implementation of project management tools and systems.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project teams.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
