Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and driven Assistant Project Manager (Civil) to support the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily project activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and quality delivery of civil works.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing civil construction projects.

Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and quality standards.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and vendors.

Prepare and update project schedules, reports, and documentation.

Review drawings and ensure implementation of civil works as per approved plans.

Track project costs, budgets, and ensure timely procurement of materials.

Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.

Assist in resolving site issues and escalating matters when needed.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in civil construction project coordination or site supervision.

Strong understanding of civil engineering concepts, drawings, and execution.

Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in residential/commercial/industrial construction projects.

Working knowledge of construction project management tools.
