Position Overview
We are seeking highly qualified and experienced faculty members with a strong academic and professional background in
HR, Law, Engineering /Operations Management
to teach and mentor MBA students. The ideal candidates should hold a PhD, possess a minimum of
10 years of teaching experience
, and have demonstrated expertise in their respective domains.The faculty will play a pivotal role in delivering academic excellence, guiding student projects, contributing to research, and supporting the overall growth of the School of Business.
Subjects / Areas of Specialization
- Legal Aspects and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR)
- Business and corporate law, legal frameworks, and compliance.
- Intellectual property rights, patents, copyrights, trademarks, and their application in business.
- Project and Operations Management
- Project planning, execution, and control.
- Operations strategy, quality management, lean practices, and supply chain.
- Team Dynamics at Work (HR/OB)
- Organizational behaviour, human resource management, and leadership.
- Team building, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and workplace psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures, case discussions, and experiential learning sessions for MBA students.
- Design and update course curriculum in alignment with industry and academic standards.
- Guide student projects, dissertations, and research initiatives.
- Conduct research and publish in reputed national and international journals.
- Mentor students for career readiness, leadership skills, and professional growth.
- Engage in academic administration, accreditation, and institutional development activities.
Qualifications
- PhD in Management / HR / Law / Operations / Related field from a recognized university.
- At least 10 years of teaching experience in reputed B-Schools or Universities.
- Strong academic record with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Experience in curriculum design, academic research, and student mentoring.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Attributes
- Industry exposure in HR, Law, or Operations.
- Contribution to consultancy, executive education, or training programs.
- Familiarity with NAAC/AICTE/UGC norms and accreditation processes.
