Designation: Assistant Professor – Marketing Qualification: UGC NET Qualified or Ph.D. Experience: 3–8 years of relevant teaching experience Industry exposure in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or market research is desirable Salary Bracket: No bar for deserving candidates Job Description Responsibilities and Requirements: Teaching & Training Delivery Deliver interactive, engaging, and concept-driven lectures in core and contemporary marketing subjects including Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior, and Integrated Marketing Communication. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills. Utilize case studies, live projects, and industry examples to create a practical learning environment. Subject Matter Expertise Strong academic foundation in marketing theories, tools, and practices. Hands-on knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, SEO/SEM tools), CRM systems, and marketing analytics software is an added advantage. Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, campaigns, and strategies across traditional and digital landscapes. Curriculum Development Design, review, and update course content to align with academic and industry requirements. Integrate current market practices, tools, and case studies to ensure relevance and innovation in course delivery. Collaborate with peers to evolve the curriculum and incorporate interdisciplinary learning. Practical Exposure & Industry Integration Facilitate workshops, seminars, guest lectures, and field visits to bridge academic learning with industry practices. Encourage student participation in live marketing projects, brand audits, and digital campaigns. Assessment & Student Mentorship Conduct evaluations through assignments, presentations, and exams to measure learning outcomes.
