Your Responsibilities

Teaching & Mentoring:

• Design and deliver undergraduate & postgraduate courses in Computer Science.
• Core subjects: Programming (C/C++/Java/Python), Data Structures, OS, OOP, Software Engineering, Networks, Algorithms, Compiler Design.
• Advanced areas: AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Cybersecurity, IoT, Cloud, Blockchain, AR/VR, Big Data.
• Use innovative teaching methods, real-world problem solving, and activity-based learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, guide projects, assess student progress, and ensure quality standards (NAAC, NBA, AICTE, UGC).

Research & Innovation:

• Conduct high-quality research, publish in reputed journals/conferences, and explore external funding opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor students in research projects.
• Collaborate with industry partners to apply research to real-world challenges.
• Work across disciplines to create impactful solutions in AI, Data Science, and related fields.

Institutional Contribution:

• Engage in seminars, workshops, conferences, and cross-departmental activities.
• Support student development beyond academics – events, training, and skill building.

What We’re Looking For

• B.Tech & M.Tech in CSE/IT (First class from reputed institutes – IIT/NIT/IIIT/IISc preferred).
• 0–4 years of teaching/research experience. PhD (completed or pursuing) preferred.
• Industry experience is an added advantage.
• Strong communication & presentation skills, passion for teaching, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to adapt to emerging technologies and inspire students to think creatively.
