Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and motivated Assistant Professors with expertise in Robotics , Autonomous Vehicles , and Defence Infrastructure within the field of Mechanical Engineering . The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. and have 2–7 years of teaching or research experience in relevant areas. The faculty member will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, conducting innovative research, mentoring students, and contributing to curriculum development in alignment with the department’s academic and research goals. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Robotics, Autonomous Systems, Defence Technologies, and Mechanical Engineering fundamentals. Develop curriculum and laboratory modules that reflect the latest advancements and industry trends. Guide B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. students in academic projects and research initiatives. Conduct high-impact research and publish in reputed peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Collaborate with research institutions, defense organizations, and industries for research and consultancy projects. Engage in interdisciplinary research and promote innovation and technology development in robotics and autonomous systems. Assist in organizing conferences, workshops, guest lectures, and industrial visits for students. Participate actively in departmental activities, academic committees, and accreditation processes. Ensure academic compliance with regulatory bodies and uphold the institution’s standards for teaching and research excellence. Key Skills and Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Robotics, Mechatronics, Autonomous Navigation Systems, and Defence Mechanisms. Strong foundation in core Mechanical Engineering subjects and design principles. Hands-on experience with tools such as MATLAB, ROS, SolidWorks, ANSYS, LabVIEW, Python, and AI/ML integration in mechanical systems. Experience in developing robotic platforms, embedded systems, and automation solutions. Strong research background with publications in SCI/Scopus indexed journals. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Passion for teaching, innovation, and mentoring students. Ability to manage classroom environments and foster a collaborative learning experience.
