Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Assistant Professor to join our team at the Arya Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Services & Consulting, with 3-7 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in IT-related subjects.
Conduct research and publish papers in reputable journals and conferences.
Mentor students and guide them on projects and thesis work.
Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development.
Collaborate with other faculty members to achieve departmental goals.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments in IT Services & Consulting.

Job Requirements

Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
Minimum 3 years of teaching and research experience in IT Services & Consulting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with students and colleagues.
Ability to develop and teach courses in IT-related subjects, including programming languages and software engineering.
Experience with research methodologies and publication in reputable journals and conferences.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to conduct research and publish findings.
