Job Description

1 Production Planning & Execution Assist in creating daily and weekly production schedules as per customer orders and targets. Monitor workflow to ensure smooth operations across all departments (casting, polishing, plating, stone setting, etc.). Coordinate with design, QA, and dispatch teams to meet deadlines. 2. Process Monitoring & Improvement Track production output, rejection rates, and rework cases. Identify bottlenecks and suggest process improvements to increase productivity. Ensure proper maintenance of machines and tools used in production. 3. Quality Control Ensure adherence to quality standards at each production stage. Collaborate with the Quality team to resolve issues related to product defects or inconsistencies. 4. Team Supervision Supervise supervisors and associates in different sections. Allocate manpower effectively based on workload and skill sets. Provide training and motivate the team for higher efficiency. 5. Material & Inventory Management Coordinate with the store and procurement team for raw material availability. Minimize wastage of silver, gold, and other consumables. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain production records such as daily output, rejection, and labour efficiency reports. Share daily/weekly reports with management on production status and challenges.
