Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage solar module production operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize efficiency.
• Oversee manpower management to ensure optimal workforce utilization.
• Ensure achievement of production targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Utilize expertise in frontend processes, particularly ATW Stringer operations.
• Apply knowledge of PLC systems, power calculations, and CCD calibration.
• Demonstrate understanding of Mono and Topcon modules, including cell efficiency and module power calculations.
• Monitor production performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures.

Skills Required:

• Strong experience in solar module production and planning
• Hands-on knowledge of ATW Stringer machines
• Understanding of Mono and Topcon modules
• Basic knowledge of PLC, power calculations, and CCD calibration
• Strong team management and manpower planning skills
• Ability to meet production targets consistently and ensure quality standards
