Job Profile Develop and expand business in both domestic and international markets . Identify new customers, distributors, and business partners to increase market share. Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, and follow-up on orders and payments. Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts departments for order processing and timely delivery. Handle export and domestic documentation , including invoices, packing lists, LC, and shipping documents. Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing, competitors, and customer needs. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to enhance brand visibility. Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote products across regions. Negotiate with clients on pricing, terms, and contracts to maximize profitability. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, performance reviews, and forecasts for management. Ensure compliance with company policies, export-import regulations, and statutory requirements. Required Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree 2 years of experience in domestic and export sales & marketing (preferably in manufacturing or trading sector). Knowledge of export-import procedures, INCOTERMS, and logistics operations . Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM software. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
