About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Product Manager who is a true Product Thinker, not just a project coordinator. You will bridge the gap between business, design, and engineering, converting high-level requirements into structured, executable product specs. The ideal candidate understands the technical nuances of the Laravel + Vue.js stack and can lead technical conversations with developers to ensure high-quality delivery.

Core Product Responsibilities

• Requirement Analysis: Break down high-level business needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and structured product specifications.
• Technical Feasibility: Discuss features with engineers using an understanding of Laravel MVC (routes, controllers, Eloquent) and Vue.js (components, state flow) to identify what is "easy vs. hard."
• Product Strategy: Define MVPs ruthlessly, prioritize features based on impact vs. complexity, and actively prevent scope creep.
• Execution & Lifecycle: Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and write detailed PRDs/User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Quality Assurance: Test features thoroughly before they ship to ensure they meet the defined product standards, not just the Jira ticket status.
• Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between designers, developers, QA, and stakeholders to unblock issues quickly.

Required Experience & Skills

• SaaS & Web App Expertise: Must have experience working on multi-role systems, dashboards, CRUD-heavy admin panels, and user onboarding/retention flows.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read API responses or code snippets to make informed product decisions.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to ask the right questions and push back when requirements are weak or unrealistic.
• Communication: Exceptional writing skills to produce concise documentation and the ability to communicate with devs in "engineering language."
• Project Tools: Proficient in tracking development progress and managing feature readiness checks.
