Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant PR Manager to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media representatives, influencers, and other stakeholders.
Create engaging content for various media channels, including social media, email newsletters, and press releases.
Manage crisis communications and develop effective responses to negative publicity or reputational threats.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PR efforts with business objectives.
Monitor and analyze PR metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in public relations, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their algorithms, and how to leverage them for maximum engagement.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative PR solutions.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Experience working with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders is highly desirable.
