We’re looking for a hands-on, energetic Operations Assistant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading teams, delivering great guest experiences, and keeping operations running smoothly behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities:

Support and manage day-to-day outlet operations
Coordinate with marketing team for promotions and campaigns
Oversee guest service and manage the service team
Handle guest feedback and service escalations
Manage staff, duty rosters, attendance, & leaves
Coordinate with HR for hiring, staff letters, disciplinary actions, and exits
Manage operational data including invoices, purchases, and inventory
Share timely data and reports with Founders and accounts team
