Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Coordination: Assist in managing daily operations across service verticals - airport passenger assistance.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to promote efficiency, safety, and contactless service.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track service delivery time, customer satisfaction, generate operational reports, and recommend enhancements.
  • Team Leadership: Support staff training, scheduling, and performance reviews to build a responsive, high-performing team.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Quality & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company protocols, safety standards, and legal/regulatory guidelines across all operations.
  • Customer Handling: Address escalations and feedback professionally to uphold MGS’s service excellence and customer-centric values.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in airport ground handling / passenger services operations within Aviation, hospitality services
  • Exceptional organizational and process-management skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office and operations management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused attitude.
  • Alignment with MGS’s values: customer-centricity, adherence to societal and legal norms, integrity, and trust.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
