Role Overview

self-driven and proactive Assistant Manager – Field Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the field team, ensuring alignment with KPIs and performance goals.
• Manage task allocation, daily workflows, and team productivity.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and field training initiatives.

Doctor & Clinic Relationship Management

• Build trust-based relationships with doctors and clinical staff.
• Ensure clinical SOPs are followed and patient experience is consistently high.
• Address on-ground escalations and create strong feedback loops.

Branding & Local Marketing

• Execute hyperlocal marketing and offline campaigns across Hyderabad.
• Coordinate with the central marketing team to deploy collaterals and ensure brand visibility.
• Represent Allo at health forums, community events, and partner activations.

Business Growth & Expansion

• Identify new areas for expansion or clinic partnerships.
• Collect field insights and monitor competitor activity to guide strategy.
• Support execution of pilot growth initiatives and special projects.

Operations & Field Support

• Ensure clinic operations run smoothly and any disruptions are resolved quickly.
• Optimize SOPs and field processes to improve efficiency.
• Regularly travel across clinics and partner locations to ensure presence and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a relevant field
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, wellness, startup, or B2C field roles.
• Based in

  Hyderabad

  with strong knowledge of city geography.
• Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license (for frequent intra-city travel).
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Passionate about healthcare innovation and breaking taboos around sexual health.
