What are the Key Deliverables in this role?

Financial Outcomes

Manage and maintain records for raw material, consumables, and Packaging Material inventory.
Monitor storage conditions, stock levels, FIFO/FEFO compliance, and report shortages or excesses.

Customer Service

Coordinate with procurement, quality control, and production departments to ensure material availability.
Supervise loading/unloading operations and verify materials against purchase orders and delivery challans.

Internal Processes

Operate and manage SAP/WMS systems for material tracking and documentation.
Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure minimal variance

Innovation and Learning

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, statutory requirements, Organic Compliance, Quality Standards, and housekeeping standards in the store area.

What are the Critical success factors for the Role?

Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
2 4 years of experience in a manufacturing/plant-based store environment.
Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP.
Strong numerical accuracy, documentation, and reporting skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced industrial setup.

What are the Desirable success factors for the Role?

Shift-based work environment may involve extended hours during production peaks.
Physical role with material handling responsibility (within limits).
PPE compliance is always required on the shop floor.
