Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Production Assistant Merchandiser role in Gurugram at Powersutra which involves day-to-day tasks such as planning, developing, and executing merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability. The role involves coordination with suppliers, buyers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and accurate stock management.

Candidates with experience in retail/online brands will be preferred.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing purchase orders, tracking production, and ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain product quality and timelines.
• Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and inventory performance.
• Support in planning product ranges and preparing sales forecasts.
• Maintain accurate product data in internal systems, including SKUs, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Work with design and buying teams to ensure alignment with seasonal plans.
• Prepare reports and presentations for weekly trading meetings.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to support pricing and assortment decisions.
• Follow up on samples, approvals, and testing processes.
• Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock flow and inventory accuracy.
