Job Summary:

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities to strengthen the company’s brand and increase product sales. The role involves coordination with the sales, production, and design teams, handling client communications, and ensuring smooth implementation of marketing initiatives in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans and promotional strategies.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and gather customer insights.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and client follow-ups.
  • Prepare marketing materials — product catalogues, brochures, presentations, and digital content.
  • Manage digital marketing activities (social media, website updates, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Support the planning and organization of trade fairs, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
  • Track and report the performance of marketing campaigns and sales promotions.
  • Maintain records of marketing expenses, inquiries, and client databases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (production, dispatch, accounts) for smooth order execution.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial company).
  • Good understanding of B2B marketing, dealer networks, and industrial product promotion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
