Role & responsibilities Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (turning, milling, grinding, and other special-purpose machines). Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime. Maintain and update maintenance schedules, records, and machine logs. Coordinate with production and quality teams to ensure smooth machine operations. Implement continuous improvement initiatives for machine reliability and efficiency. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Supervise external service providers and vendors during maintenance activities. Preferred candidate profile 4-5 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance (preferably in the automotive industry). Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Familiarity with CNC controls (Fanuc, Siemens, or equivalent) will be an advantage.
