Assistant Manager/Manager - Treasury Operations - GO/JC/1308/2025

Prepare wire packs based on the availability of funds and ensure timely execution of payments.Generate and review bank payment reports, monitor rejected transactions, and coordinate with banks to resolve issues promptly.Collaborate with the customer treasury team to address and resolve purchase order (PO)�related matters.Monitor the company�s debt position and calculate interest accruals on loans and related payments.Manage internal transfers of funds to optimize liquidity across accounts and entities.Prepare and validate Borrowing Base Certificates in accordance with banking requirements.Ensure timely submission of covenant deliverables and monitor compliance with financial covenants.Track and manage incurrence baskets to ensure adherence to loan terms and credit agreements.Prepare accurate cash flow forecasts and provide periodic cash management reports.Review payment proposals and prepare a summary of large or high-value payments for management review.Deploy and monitor process controls, implement quality assurance plans, and drive risk mitigation initiatives.Track service level metrics to ensure process efficiency and compliance with defined standards.Lead and motivate team members, oversee performance reporting, and identify opportunities for improvement.Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making and financial analysis.Demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively, prioritize competing activities, and meet strict deadlines.Possess a strong educational background�a university graduate or postgraduate with 8�10 years of education and 3�5 years of relevant experience in treasury operations.Hold a professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA), with hands-on treasury experience.Exhibit the ability to read and interpret financial statements, make sound judgments, and provide informed recommendations.Have a solid understanding of credit management and demonstrate research capabilities, particularly within investment or financial institutions.
