Assistant Manager/Manager - Business Development

You will be responsible for spearheading sales and business development initiatives for Design and Engineering service activities in the engineering services industry such as Industrial, Medical & Healthcare, Aerospace & Defence. Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, managing the sales process, collaborating with the project management team, and providing regular updates to the management team. To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A minimum of six years of experience in sales and business development in the engineering services industry is required. You should have a proven track record of identifying and developing new business opportunities, closing deals, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, strategic thinking abilities, and proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools.
