Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

The role involves Business Development where you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing new channel partners such as brokers, real estate consultants, and referral agents. Your primary focus will be to build strong and lasting relationships with these partners to ensure ongoing collaboration and a steady flow of business. In the Sales Support aspect of the job, you will work closely with channel partners to promote residential and commercial properties. This will involve providing partners with the latest project information, sales kits, and marketing materials. Additionally, you will play a key role in assisting partners in closing deals and meeting sales targets through leads generated by the channel. Training and Engagement will be another critical component of your role. You will be responsible for conducting training sessions for channel partners on company offerings, pricing structures, and unique selling propositions (USPs). Furthermore, you will organize partner meetings, site visits, and incentive programs to keep partners motivated and engaged. Lead Management will also be a key responsibility where you will be required to track leads generated through partners and ensure timely follow-ups. It will be essential to maintain accurate and updated information in CRM systems to effectively manage leads. As part of Market Intelligence, you will be expected to monitor competitor activities closely. Your insights into competitor strategies will be crucial in identifying areas for improvement in our own strategies. Additionally, gathering and sharing customer feedback will be vital in refining our marketing and sales efforts to better meet customer needs.
