Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager

As an Admission Counsellor at our company located in Meerut, your role involves conducting various below-the-line (BTL) activities to reach Management Aspirants. This includes visiting degree colleges, coaching centers/tutorials for fixed presentations, seminars, and generating a database of degree final year students. You will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with Principal TPO, HOD, and faculties, as well as obtaining referrals from existing aspirants. Your job will also involve tapping into existing and new colleges to achieve targets and reinforcing good relations with existing and prospective clients to solicit new business for the branch. Additionally, you will be calling candidates, counseling them for MBA, providing proper guidance, and converting them into admissions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct various BTL activities to reach Management Aspirants - Visit degree colleges, coaching centers/tutorials for fixed presentations, seminars - Generate a database of degree final year students - Maintain good relationship with Principal TPO, HOD, and faculties - Obtain referrals from existing aspirants - Tap existing and new colleges to achieve targets - Reinforce and maintain good relations with existing and prospective clients to solicit new business for the branch - Call candidates, counsel them for MBA, provide proper guidance, and convert them into admissions Qualifications Required: - Graduation - 3 to 5 years of total work experience, with preference to education industry background - 2 years of experience in admission counseling - Excellent communication skills in English - Willingness to travel within the city for approximately 25% of the time In addition to a competitive salary, this full-time position offers daily allowances, mobile reimbursement on a monthly basis, health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund benefits.
