a. To conduct PPAP Audit at Supplier End for all M2 Parts before release to Serial Production along with Purchase – SQD.
b. To understand the Critical Processes / Parameters and requirements of the new Parts and communicate the same to the concerned plant.
c. Make agreement with Supplier during PPAP for YIPL requirements and ensure critical parameters shall be added in Supplier PDI Report.
To support for Plant SQA to resolve Quality Issues for newly developed Parts during Initial Ramp up Period.
Roles and Responsibilities
Align PPAP Audit along with SQD for the new developed Parts.
Conduct PPAP Audit and find out the improvement points.
Ensure closing of all points before release.
Ensure all verification is possible at Supplier end.
Make Agreement with Supplier for YIPL RequirementsCommunicate all YIPL requirements to Supplier during PPAP Audit.
Ensure the Inspection Parameters to be covered in PDI report along with their frequency.
In case of Compounding Material, ensure Supply Specification from the Supplier like Wires, Rubber Parts etc.
Monitor Supplier PPM for all Newly developed M2 PartsMonitor all the Quality Issues at least for Initial Part Control period.
Check whether it is giving as per target decided for all Parts.
Training to Plant SQA about New PartsCommunicate all the Critical Parameters to Plant SQA for newly developed Parts.
Get PDI report from Suppler and review the same.
Communicate Agreement between Supplier and YIPL to Plant SQA.
