Position Overview – Assistant Manager, Transfer Pricing

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Transfer Pricing Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience, preferably in a Big 4 environment or a reputed consulting firm. This role will involve providing expert consulting services, utilizing transfer pricing databases, and preparing comprehensive BEPS reports, including Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR), Transfer Pricing Documentation (TP Docs), Master Files, and support in Operational Transfer Pricing.

The selected candidate will be interviewed for Assistant Manager role within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transfer Pricing Consulting: Provide expert advice and support on transfer pricing issues to clients, including developing and implementing transfer pricing strategies and policies.

 - Data Analysis: Utilize transfer pricing databases to analyze and interpret financial and economic data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

 - Report Preparation: Prepare detailed BEPS reports, including CbCR, TP Documentation, and Master File, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission to regulatory authorities.

 - Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their business operations and transfer pricing needs, delivering high-quality solutions and recommendations.

 - Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest developments in transfer pricing regulations and BEPS guidelines, ensuring that all client deliverables comply with current standards.

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and other professionals within the firm to provide integrated solutions and support on complex transfer pricing issues.

 - Training and Development: Mentor junior staff and contribute to the ongoing development and training of the transfer pricing team.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with a strong academic background.

- Experience: At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in transfer pricing consulting along with experience of handling benchmarking tools, preferably with a Big 4 accounting firm or reputed consulting firm.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and regulations.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.

Additional Requirements:

- Location: The role is based in Gurgaon, and the candidate would need to work from the Gurgaon office.
