About the Role

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy aligned with business goals.
Collaborate with leadership and department heads to assess learning needs and create annual training calendars.
Design and deliver engaging training programs including onboarding, functional, and service skills.
Lead and mentor a team of trainers and quality coaches.
Monitor associate performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
Implement evaluation tools to measure training/quality effectiveness and ROI.
Analyze feedback and learning data to improve future training programs.
Partner with key stakeholders to ensure training initiatives address business needs.
Present progress reports and training outcomes to senior management.
Ensure all training programs comply with industry standards and internal policies.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation for audits.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in corporate training.
4+ years in a managerial role.
Proven experience in designing and delivering various training programs.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), instructional design, and adult learning principles.

Required Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
An analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
Project management experience and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Knowledge of digital learning tools and platforms.
