Assistant Manager – Tender

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and monitor relevant solar tenders from government portals such as CPPP, GeM, and state tender websites.
• Review tender documents, extract key requirements, and ensure all necessary documents and certifications are prepared.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of technical and commercial bid proposals.
• Liaise with internal teams (engineering, legal, finance) for necessary inputs during tender preparation.
• Track bid submission deadlines and ensure timely, complete, and compliant submissions.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and follow up on queries and clarifications.
• Maintain a database of submitted tenders, status, and results for internal tracking and future reference.
• Assist in pricing, estimation, and vendor coordination when required.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in tendering, preferably in solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure domain.
• Good knowledge of government e-tender portals and documentation process.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
