Overview:

Assistant Manager / Team Lead

strategic role

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a high-performing
Talent Acquisition Backoffice team
(5–10 members).
Manage operations such as (full-time and contract employees).
Ensure
operational excellence
, efficiency, and compliance with global processes.
Collaborate with
global Talent Acquisition teams
to create scalable and effective processes.
Own team
metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and reporting
to track operational performance.
Drive
change management, process improvements, and communications
within the Talent Acquisition CoE.
Serve as a trusted advisor to the
Global TA Leadership Team
, providing insights and strategic guidance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; Postgraduate preferred.
7–11 years of experience in
global talent acquisition back-office operations
.
4+ years of experience
leading operationally focused teams
.
Proven experience in
stakeholder management
across multiple regions (Americas, UK, EMEA, APAC).
Proficiency with
HR technology platforms
, especially Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience implementing ATS is a plus.
Strong
data orientation
, capable of defining and tracking SLAs, KPIs, and operational metrics.
