Global HR Support & Governance - Serve as the India point of contact for global HR programs, including 360-degree feedback, performance management, compensation cycles, and leadership connects. - Implement and localize global HR strategies, ensuring successful rollouts and adherence in the India region. - Drive weekly and monthly HR reporting to US stakeholders and help with internal audits, dashboards, and escalations. Preferred candidate profile Experience: Minimum of 15 to 20 years of relevant industry experience.
