Assistant Manager - Taxation

Job Location: Chembur, Mumbai.

Qualification- Chartered Accountant

Experience- 7+ years

• Direct Tax:

1. Ensuring Direct tax compliances related to TDS and other requirements

2. Assist in Replying to various Direct Tax Notice & Income tax assessment

3. Liaison with Tax consultants and auditors as required

4. As 26 reconciliations among division on Quarterly and yearly basis

5. Timely issue of Form 16

6. Assist and review preparation of Tax Audit report – 3CD

7. Review and assist in Transfer price audit

8. Assist in Computation of Advance tax and collection from division, tracking allowances and disallowances of expenses

9. Documentation for Income Tax Notices and submission of required papers by coordinating with the team members

• Indirect tax: GST related

1. Reconciliation of Quarterly 2A to avoid its loss and various GST monthly compliances based on location and division

2. Assisting in accountants GST queries for notices and coordination with various cluster/division heads

3. Assisting in verification of monthly GST return checking,

4. Assist in Filing of GSTR1 and GSTR3B, GST TDS reconciliation, GST annual RCM checking,

5. Assist in GST annual return and audit,

6. Guiding assisting executive and staff for Monthly working and for quick response

Other Skills

• Knowledge of Various Accounting software like SAP/SAP B1/ Odoo / Zoho
• Advance knowledge on consolidation and IND AS, various Accounting standard
• Excellent Excel skills on computing and consolidation of Data from various division and location.
