  • Recruitment Strategy & Planning:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
  • Design and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
  • Manage and prioritize hiring requests and open positions across the organization.
  • Candidate Sourcing:
  • Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal referrals) to source candidates.
  • Leverage creative sourcing techniques to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates.
  • Interview Process:
  • Coordinate and conduct initial phone screenings and interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and facilitate feedback sessions with hiring managers.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices and effective candidate evaluations.
  • Candidate Experience:
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with candidates regarding interview updates, job offers, and feedback.
  • Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
  • Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating compensation and benefits as needed.
  • Ensure smooth transition from offer acceptance to the onboarding process.
  • Provide ongoing support for new hires during their integration into the company.
  • Data & Reporting:
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
  • Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to senior management.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote [Company Name] as an employer of choice.
  • Attend job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to build the company’s brand in the talent market.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
