Job Description

Key responsibilities

Staff management: Supervise and mentor employees, create work schedules, and assist with hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth workflow, implement company policies, and handle administrative tasks.
Customer service: Ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints and questions, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Financial and inventory management:Assist with budgets, monitor expenses, manage inventory levels, and ensure the business is properly stocked.
Leadership and strategy: Provide leadership to the team, help implement strategies for improvement, and support the manager in achieving business goals.
