Reporting Manager:

Role Objective

We are looking for a techno-commercial professional passionate about sourcing and vendor management, with the ability to take up new challenges and drive cost efficiencies. The role demands deep understanding of indirect procurement categories, supplier dynamics, and market insights within the facility management industry.

Key Responsibilities

Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate price and delivery terms, and establish long-term relationships.
Analyze customer purchase data to identify and maximize ARC (Annual Rate Contract) and RFQ (Request for Quotation) opportunities.
Conduct detailed price and category analysis to estimate profitability with minimal margin of error.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Business Development, Procurement, and Sourcing teams to ensure competitive and timely analysis.
Develop and implement standard processes to address sourcing and business development needs.
Review and enhance procurement analytics processes to improve overall TAT and effectiveness.
