Job Description

As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, attracting subscribers, and ultimately boosting market share and revenues. Your role will involve driving organizational change with a focus on elements such as social media and digitalization. You will build brand awareness through various social media platforms while ensuring that all communications are in alignment with the brand. Your expertise in leveraging data analytics will be crucial in deriving marketing insights and conceptualizing new key metrics to enhance customer acquisition, conversions, engagement, and satisfaction. Establishing strategic business partnerships with leading banks, wallets, and e-commerce platforms will be vital to attracting the target audience and maximizing the brand's presence. Developing innovative digital marketing strategies using SEO, SEM, and other techniques will be a core aspect of your responsibilities. You will monitor and evaluate social marketing campaigns across different digital platforms to increase reach, revenue, and user acquisition. In addition, you will service key accounts by understanding their requirements and customizing products or services to meet their business needs. Designing and implementing an affiliate program to maximize conversions and create a new booking channel for the platform will also be part of your role. You will drive the execution of marketing campaigns, value propositions, and customer segmentation. This involves creating campaign briefs for design, content generation, and meeting end-to-end campaign needs such as mailers, push notifications, offer pages, app banners, and SMS. Utilizing various communication tools such as print advertising, visual merchandising, direct marketing, and strategic partnerships will be essential to enhance brand presence. You will plan and lead all brand marketing campaigns, including ATL/BTL activities like movie integrations, concerts, and event integrations. In terms of qualifications, you should hold a Graduate/Post Graduate degree with 6-10 years of experience in Marketing Communication, including at least 2 years of experience in Management and Leadership. Previous working experience in the Travel Industry or E-Commerce is preferred. Proven work experience as a Manager, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong team management abilities are required.
