Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager at the company, your main focus will be to implement a marketing strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, growing subscribers, and ultimately boosting market share and revenues. You will drive organizational change in areas such as social media and digitalization, ensuring that all communications align with the brand. Leveraging data analytics to gain marketing insights and developing innovative digital marketing strategies using SEO, SEM, and other techniques will also be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will establish strategic partnerships with leading banks, wallets, and e-commerce platforms to attract the target audience and maximize brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Implement a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate subscribers, and boost market share and revenues. - Drive organizational change in areas such as social media and digitalization. - Leverage data analytics to drive marketing insights and conceptualize new key metrics for customer acquisition, conversions, engagement, and satisfaction. - Establish strategic partnerships with leading banks, wallets, and e-commerce platforms. - Develop digital marketing strategies using SEO, SEM, and other techniques to drive traffic and generate interest in company products and services. - Monitor and evaluate social marketing campaigns to increase reach, revenue, and user acquisition. - Service key accounts, understand their requirements, and customize products/services to meet their business needs. - Design and develop an affiliate program to maximize conversion and create a new booking channel. - Drive execution of marketing campaigns, value proposition, and customer segmentation. - Utilize a variety of communications tools such as print advertising, visual merchandising, direct marketing, and events marketing to enhance brand presence. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate with 6-10 years of experience in Marketing Communication, with at least 2 years in Management and Leadership. - Working experience in the Travel Industry or E-Commerce is preferred. - Proven work experience as a Manager. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong team management abilities. - Strong inclination to take on additional responsibilities and ensure delivery with a high level of commitment.,
