Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager - Security to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in security management, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Oversee the implementation of security protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of guests and staff.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and other external partners.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing to identify potential security threats.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and other departments to ensure seamless security operations.
  • Implement effective incident response plans to minimize the impact of security breaches.
  • Maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reports and follow-up actions.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in security management within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with incident response planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate security risks.
