We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in undertaking secondary research, analyzing data, and providing insights. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to analyze financial performance and provide business opportunities. Synthesize data on financial performance, relative market position, and outlook to present business opportunities through objective research and sound judgment. Collaborate with multiple client departments to provide services while following commercial and legal requirements. Deliver insightful and practical solutions to complex problems using a practical approach. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. ### Job Requirements Minimum 3-4 years of experience in covering Indian financial service sector (Banks, NBFCs, Insurance, and Fintech). Strong understanding of the Indian BFSI sector and its trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
