Key Responsibilities:Meeting Monthly & Quarterly Sales Targets by -
· Identify and connect with potential homebuyers and investors.
· Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and digital outreach.
· Assist in client meetings, property site visits, and deal negotiations.
· Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients.
· Support marketing initiatives and sales campaigns.
Candidate Profile:
· Passion for Sales.
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
· Self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals and targets.
· Ability to work independently as well as in teams.
COMPENSATION: 20000 – 24000 /month + Incentive
