Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Assistant Manager Sales & Projects to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and project management, with a strong background in these areas.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Manage and coordinate projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and internal teams.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and project management, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
Strong understanding of the gas systems industry and market trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and management skills.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA/PGDM or equivalent postgraduate degree.
