We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager - Sales to drive business growth for our HR advisory, recruitment and market entry businesses. This is a client-facing role suited for a self-starter who can build strong relationships and effectively promote our services to corporates and SMEs.
1. 5-8 years of experience in sales / business development (HR/recruitment preferred)2. Good record in sales in service industry3. Excellent communication and presentation skills4. Strong negotiation & relationship-building capabilities5. Educational background: BBA, BMS, or MBA (preferred)
CTC: upto 9 lacs pa + other benefits (insurance, 5 days week).
