Job Description

Role Summary

The role manages and grows business from ESI, CGHS and ECHS panels. The person will build strong relationships with these government bodies, drive patient footfall, ensure smooth approvals, and work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for beneficiaries.

Role & responsibilities

Drive monthly and quarterly patient volume from ESI, CGHS and ECHS panels.
Identify new business opportunities within each panel and ensure maximum utilization of empanelled services.
Track referral patterns and proactively work with panel officers to increase patient inflow.
Conduct visits to ESI dispensaries, CGHS wellness centers and ECHS polyclinics to build visibility.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong working relationships with Medical Officers, Administrative Heads and Liaison Points.
Act as the single point of contact for panel-related queries and escalations.
Organize outreach camps, health talks and awareness sessions.

Operations & Coordination

Ensure timely processing of approvals, documentation and pre-authorizations.
Coordinate with registration, billing, TPA, patient care and clinical teams for smooth service flow.
Maintain daily tracker for OPD, IPD and referrals.

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to ESI, CGHS, and ECHS SOPs, pricing and service-level norms.
Support empanelment renewals and maintain updated documentation.
Monitor billing accuracy and resolve disputes.

Qualification & Experience

Graduate.
3 to 6 years of experience in hospital sales, government panels or patient services.
Prior exposure to ESI, CGHS or ECHS business is a strong advantage.
