Job Description:

  • Minimum 4-6 years of proven B2B sales experience in professional services, consulting, or compliance services
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience specifically in environment, sustainability, regulatory compliance, or related domains
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets (minimum 90-110% achievement)
  • Experience in managing complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and account management
  • Experience in selling intangible services with consultative selling approach
  • Experience in managing clients across manufacturing, industrial, or corporate sectors
  • Experience in EPR registration, environmental clearances, ESG and pollution control compliance services
  • Prior experience with ISO certifications, sustainability consulting, or HSE service
  • Experience in managing high-value B2B accounts (deal sizes ₹1 lakh+)
  • Experience in territory management and market development
  • Experience in team leadership or mentoring junior sales personnel
  • Exposure to government regulatory processes and statutory compliance domains

Person specification

  • The resources should be a team players and should have experience in managing a team
  • The candidate should have excellent communication skills and Behavioural skills.
  • The candidate should be flexible to support the business requirement during emergency requirements.
  • The candidate should Possess Excellent Analytical, problem Solving and Interpersonal and Organizational Abilities.

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
  • MBA or PGDM in Marketing/Sales from recognized institution is highly preferred
  • Sustainability certifications (GRI, CDP, LEED, IGBC, or similar).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
