Position Summary Assisting in the entire end to end recruitment process from sourcing to scheduling interviews and is also accountable for taking care of the joining formalities of the new recruits. Principal Accountabilities: · Is accountable for recruiting assistance activities like sourcing, screening the suitable candidates and scheduling the interview with the team. · Is accountable for coordinating the interview process by checking the availability of the concern team. · Is accountable for preparing Job Description based on the requirement for the new positions. · Is accountable for collecting the personal and professional documents of the new recruits and taking care of the joining formalities. · Is accountable for sending employee related communications letters (Offer, Appointment, and Confirmation etc.). · Liaise with the external partners like consultants as per the guidelines provided by the HR Manager. · Responsible for planning Induction schedule of the new joiners with the corporate departments.
