Sourcing & Procurement Officer

As a Procurement Officer at Kirtilal Jewellers Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for managing the sourcing and purchasing of interior materials such as flooring, wall finishes, furniture, fixtures, and decorative items. Your role will involve identifying and evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring cost-efficiency and quality control. - Sourcing & Vendor Management - Identify and evaluate suppliers of interior materials. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms. - Maintain strong relationships with vendors and ensure quality standards. - Procurement Operations - Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials. - Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with project teams. - Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures. - Cost & Quality Control - Analyze market trends to optimize cost-efficiency. - Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet design specifications. - Track and report procurement KPIs. - Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance. - Generate regular procurement reports for management review. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior materials or construction. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Knowledge of interior design materials and trends is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with project-based procurement. - Attention to detail and analytical thinking. Additionally, Kirtilal Jewellers Pvt.
