Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Handle reservations: Process and confirm room bookings received through various channels like phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Manage bookings: Track, modify, and cancel reservations, updating them in the central reservation system (CRS) or Property Management System (PMS).
  • Provide customer service: Answer guest questions about hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and room types.
  • Maintain records: Create and maintain accurate reservation records, including guest information, booking details, and payment information.
  • Communicate with other departments: Coordinate with the front desk, housekeeping, and sales departments to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
  • Support revenue management: Assist with tasks like tracking room availability, determining rates, and preparing reports to help achieve revenue goals.
  • Handle special requests: Address and fulfill guest requests, such as special amenities or room preferences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
