Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Quality at our manufacturing facility located in Khandala. The role involves supervising quality control operations, ensuring adherence to required certifications, and collaborating with teams across divisions. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for conducting quality assurance inspections, supporting compliance processes, identifying and addressing defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the production lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Process Improvement techniques
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF certification standards
• Ability to manage inspections, testing processes, and compliance documentation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes such as die-casting, machining, and surface treatments is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in a quality management role within manufacturing is a strong advantage
