Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Purchase Manager based in Mumbai. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for sourcing and procuring materials, negotiating with suppliers, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The role involves analyzing market trends, maintaining records of purchases, and collaborating with other departments to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

Strong experience in sourcing and procuring materials
Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills
Inventory management and record-keeping skills
Ability to analyze market trends and make informed purchasing decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proficiency in procurement software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in the construction or real estate industry is a plus
