India Agro Exports Pvt Ltd is a leading player in the food processing sector, committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and sustainable food products to global markets. We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Quality professional to lead our Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Food Safety operations across our manufacturing facilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate/verify and recommend release of product specification sheets
  • Develop production protocols for new products, with a view to producing safe, quality food.
  • Establishing new product specifications, including packing materials and labels
  • Co-ordinate with industry resources to ensure state of the art implementation of projects and sourcing of appropriate process equipment.
  • Responsible for development of label, caps, trays etc., based on the source file received from customer. Plays an important role from the time of receiving of source file, interacting with the supplier (some time if required visit the manufacturing site to develop on site proof) and final approval from the customer as per country regulation.
  • Conduct analysis of the received sample for product matching.
  • Prepare specification accordingly as per the analysed sample (coordinate with the internal team, logistic team, production team, technical team to obtain required information for the request that can add value during spec etc.
  • Preparation of samples accordingly to the client’s request and manage the shipping of samples.
  • Ensure the transfer of lab scale trials to industrialization.
  • Improve or revise the existing recipes.
  • Organizing and conduct the sensory analysis panels and compile the results.
  • Participate in the development of new packaging.
  • Review HACCP and QMS when new product / packaging / ingredient development.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Bachelors / Masters in Food Science / Food Technology or related field
  • Experience: 4 - 10 years of progressive experience in QA/QC within the food processing industry
